How to Register for Summer Camp

  1. You will first apply for registration when the link becomes live, on January 26th, 2026 at 10AM.
  2. Pay Application Fee of $150 at time of application.
  3. After you have filled out all the fields and have successfully paid the registration fee, Administration will be in contact with you via email within the following 72 hours. Please do not contact us prior as we will be working diligently to be sure all applications were successful.

Community engagement is extremely beneficial for our campers, and we will be partaking in multiple field trips over the summer. You will be provided with further information regarding these as the Summer nears in the Brightwheel app upon enrollment.

Camp Application FAQs

You will be notified within 72 hours after registration if your camper has successfully been registered for camp.

You will then receive an invitation via email or text to create a brightwheel account (app). You will then be able to complete the admissions packet and you will make any further payments via the brightwheel app. You can also use the app for communication with camp staff or administration, and to see updates regarding your child’s day.

You will be offered an alternate schedule option (MWF or T/Th if Full Time is unavailable)

We participate with the employer offered program, Tri-Share. Please check with your employer to see if they participate.

You can apply to register up to three campers at once.

Your child will be waitlisted, and we will let you know if/when a spot opens up.

Yes, your application fee will be refunded if your application is not accepted.

You will create a brightwheel account where you will see daily updates regarding your camper, and make payments for camp. You will also use brightwheel to communicate with camp staff and administration.

Yes, there is a $100 discount if you pay in full by June 1st.

No, your application fee is not a deposit and will not be applied to your camp tuition. If your application is not accepted, your application fee will be refunded.
